Instead of having a one-time-big-time honeymoon, Witt \u0026amp; I decided to have small trips and staycations throughout the year. The bathroom is made of glass and is\u0026nbsp;see-through (with curtain provisions), so it might be weird for non-couple stays. The in-room wifi was high-speed and unlimited. They also offered us a mobile phone with unlimited data for our stay which can be brought outside for our data and Internet needs. We rode the Airport Express from the Hong Kong International Airport to the Hong Kong Station ($21.92 for 2) and hailed a cab from the terminus to the hotel ($6.45). The HongKong Tram - those vintage double-decker trains that go around Hong Kong Island - is just a 2-minute walk while the nearest Causeway Bay MRT Exit is just 9 minutes away. We usually enter\/exit through Times Square. The heart and center of Causeway Bay is very the hotel. It's only 9-12 minutes away from favorites like Apple Store Causeway Bay, Times, Square, Sogo, Hyan Place, and Ikea.\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nThe area of the hotel is a little bit quiet especially at night compared to the hustle and bustle of Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon. It's not as touristy compared to the other Hong Kong streets, yet it's just a few walks away from where the action is. One of the things I genuinely love about Butterfly on Morrison is its proximity to Dimdim Sum. \u003Ca href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/dimdimsum.hk.english\/\"\u003EDimdim Sum\u003C\/a\u003E is arguably one of the best dim sum places in Hong Kong (or the world!). It's just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and we got to try it twice in our stay. It's a must-try and must-visit for dim sum foodies!\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nWe spent around Php 4,300\/night ($92) in Butterfly on Morrison. Waking up that early on a Sunday while on vacation was probably the reason for my grouchiness. Waking up early is not my strongest suit even if it involves exciting dolphins which can only be seen early in the morning.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nThe only consolation for me were \u003Cspan style=\"font-weight:bold;\"\u003Esunrise pictures\u003C\/span\u003E! I already had dozens of beach sunset snaps from various vacations in \u003Ca href=\"http:\/\/abbieunreal.blogspot.com\/2005\/02\/quickie-so-busy-no-time-to-update-and.html\"\u003EAnilao\u003C\/a\u003E, \u003Ca href=\"http:\/\/abbieunreal.blogspot.com\/2005\/03\/coco-loco-while-half-of-population-is.html\"\u003EPuerto Galera\u003C\/a\u003E and \u003Ca href=\"http:\/\/abbiereal.multiply.com\/photos\/album\/79#45\"\u003EBoracay\u003C\/a\u003E but I never had sunrise pictures until now. We saw a couple here and there; then I was suddenly sea-sick! It was actually a weird feeling because I've never been sea-sick all my life. I probably became nauseous (and bored?) because of the long time we spent in the boat. I am not really a fan of boats and island-hopping despite my great love for the water. :(\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nAfter almost an hour of waiting for the dolphins to show up (they actually DID show up), we docked at \u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: bold;\"\u003EBalicasag Island\u003C\/span\u003E for some rest, food and snorkeling. Anyone who's been to the island will tell you how wonderful it was there; except for me and Libay who spent the time eating expensive corned beef and sleeping under one of the cottages.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nThe beauty of Balicasag lies on the beauty of its marine life which one can explore through an open water dive or snorkeling. \u003Ca href=\"http:\/\/margeeness.multiply.com\"\u003EMarj\u003C\/a\u003E and Anna tried the latter and they really had a fun time. Libay and I only experienced its beauty by feeding fishes with our breads. The food was good and the Grilled Lapu Lapu was probably one of the best I've had. There was no proper restaurant in Balicasag except for some houses with cottage that offers \u003Cspan style=\"font-style:italic;\"\u003Esutukil\u003C\/span\u003E. We ordered half of a Lapu Lapu (Grouper Fish) and asked them to cook it grilled and in \u003Cspan style=\"font-style:italic;\"\u003Esinigang\u003C\/span\u003E broth. I was on better spirits when we reach our destination and its breathtaking beauty actually helped improve my mood. It was by far the best sandbar I've ever seen! We asked our boat guide, \u003Ci\u003EKuya\u003C\/i\u003E Emil, to dock the boat so we can enjoy and take \u003Cstrike\u003Elots and lots and lots of\u003C\/strike\u003E pictures. I took a 30-minute swim in the pool doing strokes that were once an active part of me. It was good to know that I can still dive, do a perfect Butterfly, and the right breathing for Freestyle despite the mega pounds I gained and the years away from the pool. I still love swimming to bits! \u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nI spent the latter part of the day doing the things I love. I was able to relax and hang-out in the beach shore with my laptop and some music. I've been dying to do that since \u003Ca href=\"http:\/\/abbiereal.multiply.com\/photos\/album\/78\/Celebrating_888_and_some_more_in_Boracay\"\u003Eour Boracay escapade\u003C\/a\u003E last August. The beach was really beautiful that time of day and I was able to unwind while I \u003Ca href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/Abbie12\"\u003ETwit\u003C\/a\u003E, \u003Ca href=\"http:\/\/www.plurk.com\/user\/abbiereal\"\u003EPlurk\u003C\/a\u003E and \u003Ca href=\"http:\/\/www.new.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=621830608\"\u003EFacebook\u003C\/a\u003E (different strokes for different folks!). The girls came down after a while and I joined them for some shakes and pasta at the resto-beach of \u003Ca href=\"http:\/\/alona-tropical.com\/index.php\"\u003EAlona Tropical\u003C\/a\u003E while we watch the sunset. We capped the night with a very wonderful by-the-beach-and-under-the-stars massage to de-stress. It was a very nice thing to do to end a very nice vacation!\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nBohol is really magical and I wouldn't mind going back again.
